Beat until foamy and stiff the following: 2 egg whites 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar Fold in: 3/4 c. sugar Beat until stiff and sugar is dissolved. Fold in: 2/3 c. chocolate bits Cover cookie sheet with brown paper. Drop cookies onto brown paper and bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 24 to 30 cookies. |
