CHOCOLATE EGG WHITE ALMOND
COOKIES
 
3 egg whites
1/2 lb. almonds, grated
4 sq. unsweetened grated chocolate
1/2 lb. 10x sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and keep on beating until very thick. Must hold shape. Remove 1/2 cup of egg mixture. Then add grated nuts and chocolate. Roll into balls in sugar. Place on well greased cookie sheet. Thumb press center and in each put a dab of egg mixture. Bake about 10 minutes.
