POTATOES DELUXE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 c. diced onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 lb. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. crushed potato chips

Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients except chips. Place in a 9 x 13 dish. Top with chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 12-15 servings.
