CARROT PINEAPPLE BREAD | |
3 beaten eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. grated carrots 1 sm. can crushed pineapple & juice 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3 c. flour 1 c. chopped walnuts Pour into small greased and floured bread pans. Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. This heavenly spread with Philadelphia cream cheese. |
