COCONUT SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 c. coconut

Mix as you would any cake. Be sure you beat eggs slightly before adding. Lightly grease 10 inch tube pan. Baker's Joy works well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Do not open oven while cake is baking.
