PUMPKIN DESSERT RING 
1 2/3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. water
2/3 c. raisins
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 lg. egg

Beat well. Pour into greased 2 quart ring mold. Bake 45 minutes, 350 degrees. Serve with lemon sauce or whipped cream.
