MONKEY BREAD 
1/2 c. pecan pieces
2 doz. frozen dinner rolls
3 1/4 c. butterscotch pudding mix (sm. box)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Place pecans in a greased Bundt pan. Scatter frozen rolls in pan. Sprinkle pudding mix over the rolls. Melt butter and add brown sugar; blend well and add milk. Mix well and pour over rolls. Cover with a towel and let rise for 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees on bottom rack for 25 minutes. Flip immediately onto a serving plate.

This is a wonderful recipe, but mine overbrowned a bit, so I took it out too early. Mistake. Might benefit from being covered with sprayed foil. I used cream instead of milk to try to use it up, and it was really great.
