STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (9") baked pie shell
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 sm. strawberry Jello
1 qt. fresh or frozen strawberries (without syrup)

Prepare pie crust. Place strawberries in cooled pie shell. Mix cornstarch, sugar and water in pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add Jello. Let cool a few minutes and then pour over strawberries. Chill 2-3 hours before serving.
