1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. corn syrup
2 tbsp. strawberry gelatin
Red food coloring
1 qt. strawberries
1 baked pie shell
1 pkg. whipped topping, prepared

Cook first 4 ingredients until thick. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and enough food coloring to tint as desired. Cool. Place strawberries in pie shell. Pour gelatin mixture over strawberries. Chill. Cover with whipped topping before serving.
