1 cube butter
1 lb. brown sugar
1 c. Karo

Melt and combine and stir constantly until mix comes to a constant soft boil. Add 1 can sweetened condensed milk, plus 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. Pour over tub of popped corn.
