CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. (each) butter, nuts
1/2 c. Karo syrup
6 qt. popped corn (unsalted)
1 tsp. (each) salt, baking soda, butter flavoring

Boil sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes; remove from heat; add baking soda and butter flavoring. Stir well over popped corn and nuts; spread on 2 cookie sheets sprayed with Pam. Place in 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on waxed paper. Store in covered container to keep crisp.
