JUNE'S PASTRY DOUGH | |
5 c. unsifted flour 1 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. Crisco 1 beaten egg and 1 tbsp. vinegar combined with enough water to make 1 cup. Combine ingredients except liquid. Blend with pastry blender. Add egg mixture and stir until ball forms. Roll at room temperature. Keeps for 5 to 6 weeks in refrigerator. |
