EASY PECAN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 1/3 cubes butter, melted
Dash of salt
2 well-beaten eggs
8 oz. Karo syrup
1 c. ground pecans
1 unbaked pie crust
Whole pecans for garnish

Cream sugar and butter together. Mix rest of ingredients together, then add to sugar and butter. Place in uncooked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours. (Mixture will be slightly lose when done.) Top and crust should be golden brown.

This is very rich, but worth every calorie!
