THANKSGIVING SWEET POTATOES | |
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. milk 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. coconut 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. butter, softened 1 c. chopped pecans Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well on low speed of mixer. Spoon lightly into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Combine the rest of the ingredients with a fork and sprinkle over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. |
