GRILLED MARINADE CHICKEN 
1/4 c. good quality white vinegar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. parsley

Mix all ingredients. Add chicken (1-2 pounds). Cover with plastic. Turn chicken to cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill chicken until done. Marinade can be thickened for sauce.

I only had blood red orange juice in the fridge and used it for this recipe.
No one in the family liked this. We did not like the strong taste of OJ to the chicken. I am sure even with normal OJ it would be the same and we would not have liked it either.

Hi Tracey,

It sounds like the blood orange juice may have been overpowering, but I think that if you'd used only 1/2 cup regular orange juice it couldn't have been overpowering if it was only marinated for the length of time called for in the recipe - did you leave it in the marinade overnight maybe?
