GRILLED MARINADE CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. good quality white vinegar 1/2 c. orange juice 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. parsley Mix all ingredients. Add chicken (1-2 pounds). Cover with plastic. Turn chicken to cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill chicken until done. Marinade can be thickened for sauce. |

No one in the family liked this. We did not like the strong taste of OJ to the chicken. I am sure even with normal OJ it would be the same and we would not have liked it either.
