STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
2 tbsp. melted Crisco
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion or onion salt
1/2 c. hot milk (approx.)
1/2 c. grated process sharp cheese
paprika

Brush potatoes with the Crisco. Bake at 450 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until soft.

Cut a slice from the top of each potato, scoop potato part out of the skin. Mash until fluffy, adding butter, salt, pepper, onion salt and enough milk to make mixture smooth. Pile high into potato skins. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika. Bake 5-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
