CLAM DIP 
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 cans chopped clams, drained
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Blend cream cheese and sour cream. Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Chill one hour. Garnish with chopped parsley.
