PUMPKIN PECAN BREAD 
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. Calumet Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, pumpkin, salad dressing, milk and eggs until well blended; add to combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.

Fold in pecans. Pour into greased and floured 9"x5" loaf pan.

Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Makes 1 loaf.
