FRENCH POTATO SALAD 
8-10 med. boiling potatoes
2 tbsp. dry white wine or vermouth
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 c. French dressing

Boil potato, peel and slice while hot. Toss gently in bowl with wine and bouillon. After about 15 minutes, toss again with dressing. I add chopped purple onion and parsley (optional). Makes 6 cups.
