WARM fRENCH POTATO SALAD 
12 sm. new potatoes
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 lg. clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. minced fresh dill
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 strips bacon (cooked until crisp)

Step 1: cut potatoes in half, put in large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2: while potatoes are cooking, prepare dressing in a small bowl, combine oil and vinegar, add garlic, salt, mustard, dill and pepper. Whisk dressing thoroughly.

Step 3; When potatoes are tender turn into colander and drain. Rinse under cold water. While potatoes are warm slice into serving size. Pour dressing over and toss gently. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
