RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (if desired)
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal or Quaker oats
1/3 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together and place in greased pan (9 x 9 inches). Mix topping and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or milk.
