RICE AND RED BEANS 
2 c. cooked rice
1 (15 oz.) can drained kidney beans
3/4 lb. grated cheese (orange)
2 tbsp. oil
3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained, cut up
Green and black olives (optional)

Drain beans, saute in oil. Add chili powder, taco sauce, tomatoes. Heat well and pour over warm rice. Garnish with grated orange cheese and olives.
