CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1 can beef soup
3/4 can water
2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Brown beef and onion. Add soups and water; mix in 2 cups chow mein noodles. Sprinkle 1/2 cup noodles on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees about 30-45 minutes until bubbly and browned. (Add no salt.)
