ALMOND COOKIES 
1 lb. almond paste
1 c. sugar
2 c. powdered sugar
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix all ingredients together with a fork until smooth. Line cookie sheet with brown paper and drop mixture by spoonfuls. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees. When done, put paper with cookies on a wet towel. Remove cookies when cool.
