HOT VEGETABLE DISH 
1 raw tomato, drained
1 raw cauliflower, cooked and drained
1 raw broccoli, cooked and drained
1 raw corn, drained
1 raw brussel sprouts
Cheese sauce

In frying pan, melt 1 stick butter with green pepper, to taste. Add flour until thick. Add 1 1/2 cup milk. Add oregano, salt, and pepper; add 8 ounces of cheddar cheese. Pour over vegetables. Put in oven and heat through.
