FRUITED YOGURT SHAKE | |
3 c. cold low fat milk 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello sugar free instant pudding & pie filling, any flavor 1 (8 oz.) container plain low fat yogurt 1 c. crushed ice 1 med. banana, cut into chunks 1/2 cup sliced strawberries may be substituted for banana chunks. Combine all ingredients in blender in order given; cover. Blend at high speed 1 minute 1 minute. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately. Makes about 6 (1/2 cup) servings. About 87 calories per serving. |
