BAR - B - QUE PORK ROAST | |
3 1/2-4 lb. lean pork shoulder 1/2 bottle chili sauce 1/2 bottle water 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1/2 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. soy sauce Mix all ingredients in small roaster or large casserole dish. Place meat in sauce and bake at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours. (Excellent with corn, applesauce and baked or mashed potatoes.) |
