MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen unsweetened orange juice, thawed
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Crush crackers fine, add melted butter and sugar. Press in 9"x13" pan, reserving a few crumbs. Blend thawed juice and milk. Stir in Cool Whip and oranges. Fold, do not beat. Pour over crumb mix. Top with crumbs. Chill.
