CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 soup can of milk 6 oz. chicken broth (1 bouillon cube dissolved in hot water) 1/2 tsp. each oregano and rosemary Mix all the above ingredients together. 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts 1 1/2 c. uncooked UNCLE BEN'S® instant rice Place rice in 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour 1/2 soup mixture over rice. Place chicken pieces on top of rice. Pour rest of mixture over chicken. Bake 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour. |
