RED HOT SAUCE 
4 c. tomato pulp (dip tomatoes in boiling water & peel)
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. salt
4 jalapeno pepper, seeded
1 tsp. sugar
Red food coloring, optional

Mix all ingredients in blender with small amount of tomatoes, blend well. Add remaining tomatoes. Slightly simmer 10-15 minutes and pour into hot jars and seal. Makes about 2 1/2 pints.
