FRIED RICE (OMA) 
4 c. rice, cooked
2 med. size onions, chopped
Some scallion, optional
1 clove garlic (minced) or garlic powder
1-2 hot peppers, fresh, chopped
4 strips bacon
1 tsp. soy sauce, more to taste
Any leftover or fresh meat (beef, pork, chicken, ham)
4 eggs

Fry bacon. Remove from pan and save the drippings, using as much as needed to saute onions, peppers and garlic. (Too much fat will make it greasy.) You can also use any other kind of oil.

Add meat and fry until done, put in cooked rice, soy sauce and salt to taste. Fry a little longer. Scramble eggs and mix in or just put on top of rice, or make an omelet and slice it to put on top of rice. Place on platter and garnish with tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes if desired.
