FRIED RICE ORIENTAL 
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 c. cooked, cooled rice
1 c. cooked meat beef, pork or chicken sliced or chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 eggs, beaten

In large skillet, cook onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Add in rice, meat and soy sauce. Cook over low heat for about 16 minutes. Stir often. Stir in eggs, slowly. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
