1 1/2 c. crumbled graham crackers
1/3 cube butter
3 tsp. sugar
2 lg. pkg. ream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Have cream cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy (the longer, the better). Pour into crust. Bake 19 minutes; cool. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of first layer. Bake 6 minutes, cool for 1/2 hour and then refrigerate for 6 hours covered with waxed paper. Enjoy!
