COOL WHIP CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix ingredients and pour into greased and floured rectangular pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute or until done.

ICING:

9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Combine pineapple with pudding mix and blend well. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake.
