MEXICAN PIZZA
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans with chilies
1/2 c. taco sauce
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen avocado dip, thawed
1 chopped tomato

Crumble beef into a hard plastic colander set in a 2-quart round casserole. Microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, stirring midway through cooking. Discard grease and transfer beef into same casserole. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Combine beans and taco sauce and spread evenly over at 12-inch round glass or plastic tray. Top with meat mixture. Rotate dish midway through cooking, microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle cheese over "pizza." Spoon avocado dip in center and distribute tomato over all. Makes 12 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
