MEXICAN PIZZA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning 1/2 c. water 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans with chilies 1/2 c. taco sauce 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen avocado dip, thawed 1 chopped tomato Crumble beef into a hard plastic colander set in a 2-quart round casserole. Microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, stirring midway through cooking. Discard grease and transfer beef into same casserole. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Combine beans and taco sauce and spread evenly over at 12-inch round glass or plastic tray. Top with meat mixture. Rotate dish midway through cooking, microwave on high for 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over "pizza." Spoon avocado dip in center and distribute tomato over all. Makes 12 servings. |
