BOWLE 
4 or 5 med. size peaches
5 apricots
1 lg. banana
1 1/2 c. strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar (rounded)
1/4 c. brandy
2 lg. bottles Brut champagne, chilled

Slice fruit into large bowl. Add sugar, brandy, and 1 1/2 cups champagne or just enough to not quite cover the fruit. Stir; marinate in refrigerator about 2 hours, stirring several times. Just before serving, add rest of chilled champagne; mix well. Strain. Serve in well chilled glasses and serve immediately. Serves 25.
