ITALIAN CROSTATA 
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 jar apricots or peach marmalade, 1 lb.

Spread 3/4 of batter in cooking sheet. Top with jam. Make lattice with the rest of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
