GALA APPLE PIE 
3 med. delicious apples
1 c. halved, seeded grapes
2 c. pineapple chunks
1/4 lb. marshmallows, quartered
1 c. coarsely broken walnuts

FRUIT SALAD DRESSING:

1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. canned pineapple juice
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. whipping cream

Mix flour and sugar. Beat egg until light and add. Strain fruit juices and add. Cook over hot water, stirring until thickened. Cool. Whip cream and fold in.

Core and quarter apples (do not peel). Cut in thin slices. Combine with grapes, pineapple, marshmallows and walnuts. Add fruit, salad dressing and mix well.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
