GARDEN QUICHE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. chopped fresh or frozen broccoli or more
1/2 can (3 oz. size) French fried onions, 1 c.
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. + shredded Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough on floured covered board. Roll dough 2 inches larger than inverted pie plate. Ease into pie plate, flute edge. Sprinkle broccoli, cheese and onions in crust.

Beat remaining ingredients with hand beater, pour over broccoli mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees. Bake until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any remaining quiche. 6 servings.
