Hard cook 8 eggs; slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash. Combine 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon curry powder, and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard. Blend together with the egg yolks. Refill egg whites and place the eggs in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add 2 tablespoons flour gradually, blending together. Add 1 can condensed cream of celery or shrimp soup. Cook and stir until it bubbles. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese and stir together until the cheese melts. Add 1 cup frozen, cooked shrimp or 1 can drained and rinsed tiny shrimp and 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon curry powder. Pour the mixture over eggs. Cover with crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated (15-20 minutes). Do not overcook.
Note: If using canned shrimp, be sure to use cream of shrimp soup, not celery.
