VEGETABLE RELISH 
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar pimiento, grated
Salt & pepper
1/3 c. butter flavor oil
1/3 c. water
1 tall can green beans
1 tall can English peas
1 sm. can white whole kernel corn
1 sm. can yellow whole kernel corn
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar

Drain all vegetables. Combine sugar, oil, vinegar and water. Pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight.
