BUTTER BRICKLE CANDY 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2 tbsp. water
1 cup sugar
6 regular chocolate bars, crushed (Hershey's)

Combine butter, water and sugar in skillet; cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown (300-310°F on candy thermometer).

Pour into buttered 8 or 9-inch pan. Cover with chocolate candy.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.

Makes 24 servings.
