BUTTER BRICKLE COOKIES | |
1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/4 c. shortening 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 4 c.flour 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. Heath bars, crushed or 1 sm. bag of butter brickle chips Mix white sugar, brown sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Add flour, cream of tartar, soda, and Heath bar or butter brickle chips. Mix butter brickle in last. Form into rolls and put on wax paper on a board overnight in the freezer. Slice and bake at your convenience at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Makes a big batch. |
