PANCIT 
1 pkg. rice noodles
1/3 c. shredded pork or use shrimp
1/2 c. chicken meat (white meat)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. lard
2 c. chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil pork and chicken, adding little salt to taste. Saute the garlic in oil until brown. Add the chicken stock, cover. Simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Soak rice noodles until soft; drain, then mix with the rest of ingredients and stir until done. Top with green onions.
