PANCIT 
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 c. boiled pork, sliced
1/4 of cabbage, shredded
1 lg. carrot, strips
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. broth
1 stalk celery strips or cut thinly
1 pkg. rice sticks
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent MSG
Spring onion (green onion)
8 shrimps, med., deveined & cut lengthwise

Saute garlic in cooking oil. Add onions, pork, carrot and cabbage. Season with soy sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add broth and simmer then add celery. Soak at this time the noodles. When vegetables are cooked mix in soaked noodles (discard the water by draining it). Season with salt and Accent or MSG.

Garnish with boiled eggs and green onions. May serve with lemon or this is optional some do like lemon squeezed to their serving. Double ingredients for more serving.
