PANCIT (From Saipan) 
1 pkg. Ramen soup
1/2 green pepper, cut up
1 stalk celery, diced
Dash of soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. cabbage
1/2 c. chopped carrot
3 scallions (including tops), cut up
12 green beans, cut up
2 cloves garlic
Option: 1/2 lb. meat - ham, uncooked chicken, pork or thawed shrimp)

Prepare ingredients; place in sections on platter.

Heat oil in large fry pan. Simmer garlic, add (meat) and seasoning packet from soup, plus 2/3 cup water. Simmer 5 minutes. Add carrots, celery and green beans and simmer 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water plus all other ingredients, including broken noodles. Add black pepper and dash of soy sauce. Stir frequently until cabbage and noodles are barely done. Completed dish should be moist and neither dry, sticky or soupy. More or less water may be added to achieve this results.
