PANCIT BIHON 
4 pork chops
1 med. cabbage, shredded
3 sm. carrots, shredded
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
Soy sauce
Rice noodles

Boil pork chops, remove from broth (save broth). Chop pork chops into small pieces. Saute pork, onions and garlic. Add cabbage and carrots. Saute until tender. Add soy sauce.

Soak noodles in water for 2 to 3 minutes. When vegetables are tender add drained noodles and broth. Cook 5 to 10 minutes until noodles are tender. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper for flavor. Simmer 15 minutes.
