HEATHER RACHAELS MAXED OUT EGG
SALAD
 
10 eggs
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. hot mustard
3 tbsp. deviled ham
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika

Hard boil eggs (13 to 15 minutes). Remove shells and place eggs in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mash well with fork or potato masher for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve over lettuce, or as sandwiches.
