RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 sm. onion
1 can peas
1 can diced carrots
1 can corn
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. butter
Garlic salt
Pepper and salt to taste

Brown ground beef, add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Add tomato sauce and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain vegetables and pour into a large casserole dish. Add rice and butter. Mix gently. Add ground beef. Mix gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 40 minutes.
