PORK CASSEROLE 
2 lb. lean pork
4 c. cooked rice
1 can whole kernel corn
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper
1 can chicken soup
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushrooms
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese

Fry cubed pork until brown, add a little boiling water and cook until dry. Add soup, rice, corn, 1/2 can bean sprouts and cheese. Bake in slow oven 45 to 60 minutes.
